EP Evaluator™ Release 8

Celebrating a 16-year track record of excellence!
This is the eighth version of the popular EP Evaluator™ method evaluation software package, first release for DOS in 1991, and for Windows in 1999. Unlike other laboratory statistics programs, EP Evaluator was designed by a board-certified clinical chemist specifically to meet the needs of the clinical laboratory ― including connectivity, network support, 21 CFR Part 11 compliance, built-in backup/restore, ability to copy data to/from spreadsheets, and, above all, well-designed professional reports, ready to sign and file.

New in Release 8

Three new INR
modules

Geometric Mean & VRI, Method Comparison -- Enter only ProTime results, analyze both Protime and INR. EE8 computes INR
Manual Check of instrument's INR Calculation.

New Lab Management Module

Simple Inventory Management

Quick Software Validation

EE8 automatically runs one experiment for each module and verifies that reports give expected results.

EP Evaluator meets all CLIA '88 and CAP Requirements for validating and evaluating methods

  • EP7-A, Interference Testing in Clinical Chemistry--Approved Guideline

System Requirements

The main System Requirement is 32-bit Windows -- Windows 95, 98, ME, NT4, 2000, or XP. We do have occasional problem reports for Windows 95 (it is a very old operating systems). 50 MB available disk space. Printer (local or network). The more memory the better. We recommend a screen resolution of 800x600 or above. The program will run at lower resolutions, but the screen is hard to read.

"EP Evaluator is a powerful and nearly indispensable tool in my daily practice of clinical laboratory medicine. Since I began using the initial release of this software in 1991, it been steadily improved and useful new modules have been added with every revision."

"One of the tasks I perform is testing software. This morning I [received] EP Evaluator and I just completed my testing. The software installed perfectly and I tested it using a variety of accounts with no problems whatsoever. Thanks for delivering a product that was trouble free ... and for producing a quality application."
