An open letter regarding the acquisition
On July 1, 2009, Data Innovations (DI), a global clinical laboratory middleware company,
acquired Rhoads Associates. DI intends to put its infrastructure behind the Rhoads team to
enable increased development and support, additional services, international coverage, and more.
However, both EP Evaluator® and DI's products will continue to be available as standalone applications.

We are currently hosting regular monthly/weekly webcasts on selected EP
Evaluator topics. A "Webcast" is a a conference call, but with added
ability to see the presenter's computer screen. This mean we can give
you a hands-on demonstration of how to work with EP Evaluator. Each
session lasts 60-90 minutes. Topics currently scheduled: Overview of
EP Evaluator (weekly), Rapid Results Entry (monthly), Establishing
Performance Standards (monthly), Inventory (monthly), and Incident Tracking (monthly). All
you need to participate is a browser, a high-speed Internet
