IP Address

Your IP address identifies how you reached our site. Your IP address contains no personal information. For example, we may know that you use AT&T or MCI to connect to the Internet. This site makes a Bulletin Board available to its users. Please remember that any information that is disclosed in these areas becomes public information and you should exercise caution when deciding to disclose your personal information.

Mailing List

In order to download software or view the Clinical Laboratory Statistics Tables, users must give us contact information (like their name and email address). We use customer contact information from the registration form to send the user information about our company. The customer's contact information is also used to contact the visitor when necessary. It is not disclosed to other companies.
